15 days exchange and return policy
We will accept returns/exchange of items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all tags attached only are eligible for returns/exchange. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
* Mega Clearance Sale prices are final. There are no returns/refunds applicable but we offer you an exchange on your purchase. There will be only one exchange allowed on any garment and it will be considered as final. In case if you are not looking for an exchange we will issue store credit with a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. To initiate a return or exchange please email with order number within 15 days of your order delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org subject line should be RETURN - ORDER # (ex. RETURN -#1008) Let us know the reason for the return in the body of the email.
2. If your return is approved we will send you an email with instructions to keep the parcel pack and ready for dispatch.
3. Please pack the item(s) in the original package if possible. We will pick up the return within 7 business days from the request placement date.
4. You may exchange/replace the size of items purchased. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. In case if the desired size is not available, amount paid against the same will be refunded.
5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, quality check will be conducted. Product passed in QC will be processed for refund. We will process your refund within seven (7) business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer/bank to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card/bank. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. We accept returns subject to the following criteria
- We will accept return of items within 15 days of receipt of the item.

- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Original Invoice should be returned with the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as per the timelines in the below mentioned:
- Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking - Refund back to Credit Card/ Bank Account - Payment Gateway Mode Payment Gateway :15-20 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
